Our Team


Kathy is our practice manager.  She has been with Foster Creek since 2010.  She started working for Dr. Moore in 2001 as a receptionist and has worked in a Veterinary Hospital since.  She has a Chihuahua named Duchess.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family.


Devon began working for an Animal Hospital in late 2008.  She started out working as a Kennel Assistant and worked her way up to becoming a Veterinarian Technician.  She came to work at Foster Creek Veterinary Hospital in 2011.  She always knew that she belonged in an Animal Hospital.  As a child Devon remembers wanting a huge barn with many acres and 100’s of rescued dogs running around.  Devon has a beautiful 3 year old daughter, a loving Fiance’, Josh, and two fun, silly canine companions; Grizzy (Rottwieler) & Princess (Boxer/Collie mix).


Jason has over 15 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician. He has worked with small, large and exotic animals. Some of Jason's experience includes emergency, surgery, ICU, dermatology. Jason has also been an Office Manager and Technician Manager. Jason has a dog named Hattie Mae, and 2 cats, June BGugs and Benny. When not working in the practice, Jason spends time with his son, Brandon and his fiance, Chantelle. He also enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, cooking and spending time with family and friends.


Jeff has been working in the veterinary field for five years since 2008 when he bacame a veterinary technician in Stafford, Texas. He has been an employee of Foster Creek since 2010 when he decided to work full-time along Dr. Moore. Jeff was voted "Best Veterinary Technician" in 2012 and 2013 by the readers of Fort Bend Herald. Jeff has two dogs: Max, a Boxer collie mix, and Hop, an Australian Shepherd. In his spare time, he enjoys dog agility trials with his dogs and participating in conformation dog breed shows.

Jessica Buvinghausen

Jessica has been working in the veterinary field since 2006 when she took a job as a veterinary assistant at an emergency hospital on Colorado. Emergency care is her favorite aspect of medicine but she also enjoys getting to know clients and their pets on a routine basis. She joined the Foster Creek team in August of 2013 as a part-time technician. In her spare time, she enjoys crochet, sewing and spending time with family. Her family consists of her husband, Mark, two sons Cayden and Will and a chocolate lab named Rilynn, and a black cat named Bean.
